The frig was broken , the chair was broken , the room was stifling hot when I walked in.
I booked a King suite online and was told when I arrived that they only had a queen room with two beds. I have still not received a refund for the difference in the room costs. Staff said they couldn’t help and Hotels.com have been unresponsive.
