Breakfast was a disaster, mouldy bread, mouldy fruit in the fridge, things way past their use by/ best before dates "

"First thing is this is an old building. This gives the impression of character and the Jubilee hotel had plenty. The staff were friendly and within a few minutes I was settled in my upgraded room with a sea view. The room was comfortable with the tea and coffee usual suspects and a very good shower. This hotel is very well situated being a five to ten minutes walk from the shops and one minute walk from the beach. I will definitely recommend for a short stay."

"Steve is welcoming and runs a beautiful hotel. My room overlooked the sea,and was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , fresh fruits, compôte , yoghurts, warm bread and croissants. Lovely coffee. All in all I would recommend Chapter 1 as a very civilised resting place. "

"Great located bed and breakfast in Weymouth. The hosts are really good and very attentive. We stayed 3 nights and got to see Weymouth and enjoy the town! Oh and the Full English Breakfast they provide is so delicious! "

"First impression was very good, however on closer inspection some areas could have been a bit cleaner. The apartment was in an ideal situation but the stairs became a little problematic and the parking was quite difficult to find."

"The cottage has everything that is needed amenitieswise a short walk from the harbour and town and a little longer to the beach. The only reason i gave 4 for cleaness was the property needed a bit of a touch up paintwise but nothing drastic an was probably due to a long summer season and clients not givin property due care."

The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. Was ist passiert: Beim Einchecken war das Hotel leider nicht in der Lage zu verifizieren, dass wir über Expedia gebucht haben und Expedia dem Hotel das Geld (standardmäßig) über eine virtuelle Kreditkarte schon vor Wochen gutgeschrieben hatte. "The accommodation is lovely, but incredibly difficult to get hold of any of the staff. I was left on hold for an hour until I could speak to somebody about checking in as they had not sent the check-in details. I lost a pair of trousers at this property. They emailed me to say they had found them and I’d need to send them £30 to get them sent back to me. I then received another email from them saying that they had not found the trousers and they would send me £20 as a gesture of goodwill since...
