"What a lovely place and very wonderful view. Breakfast was amazing and the hospitality is overwhelming. We were a family of four from London and the room was spacious and comfortable. "Extortionate price for a freezing room with no really hot water. Bar was cold too (no logs put on fire) although food and beer were good. Landlady was unsympathetic - "no one else has complained". She suggested I could have put a second duvet on top. Talk about denial!!!!! Avoid this place if you want value for money and/or until the temperature rises above 18 degrees."

The receptionist assured me I had been placed in a suitable room on a quieter side, but also stated that if I wanted a better room I would need to pay...
