When we asked to leave and get our money back, we were refused. We deiced to stay. Once we looked closer the mold turned out to be much worse than originally thought. "Our stay didn’t meet expectations. We booked a deluxe double room with a sea view but received a side-view room. When we raised this, they explained we got what we paid for and should have booked directly on their website, which felt misleading. The listing mentioned a Nespresso machine, but it was communal, old, and malfunctioning. Una nota negativa: la pulizia delle parti comuni che dovrebbe essere più accurata e così lo scarico della doccia che ogni tanto non scaricava completamente. "Wonderful Hotel with an amazing pool and an amazing view at the ocean. The cleaning staff and the owner were really nice and gave us good recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other things to do. The only negative point was that the rooms are a little bit to loud (street and other rooms)."
