"The hotel was an okay stay overall. The rooms are well furnished and have ample space, the bed is comfortable and the bed linens and pillows are decent quality. Where this place loses points for me is the fact that the rooms are not soundproof and the constant traffic outside makes it harder to sleep. Additionally, there was no way to control the air conditioning in the room, the controls were both old and broken and since it was really hot outside, it took a while to feel comfortable when coming back in. Breakfast was only available from 6 to 9 am so I never got to actually try it. The staff were really nice and welcoming so that was a plus."

"La habitación muy amplia y limpia el servicio de recepción de la chica de puebla muy amable solo que al hacer nuestro check out y recibir nuestro carro que pagamos pro servicio de parking en el hotel nos dimos cuenta que movieron nuestro carro y fueron a recoger cosas de publicidad que dejaron dentro del asiento de nuestro carro al reclamar no nos dieron ni una disculpa ni una atención. Yo pondría atención en esta situación ya que hacer uso de un vehículo particular sin consentimiento del dueño no es bueno."
