The staff are warmest, from Reception to Restaurant to Housekeeping. Not much nearby, so lock yourself in for a few days of chill or day trips in PhangNga. "

"Very quiet hotel on a beach that they keep clean. We enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice and attentive. We had a few meals at the restaurant which seemed 50/50. The room service wasn't worth it as it arrived cold and old both times even though the kitchen is 50’ away and we were one of a handful of guests. No excuse. Chose not to eat at the restaurant after trying one last chance…papaya salad…not good. except for breakfast which was decent. The pool is nice but its a club I guess and so...

"We liked the room we stayed in. It was so comfortable-from the beds to the kitchen, they thought of every detail. Our balcony felt very private. Loved having laundry in the room. "Amazing customer service. We interacted with about a dozen staff members and every single one was delightful. They go above and beyond with excellent customer service. "Utrolig smukt hotel med mange grønne områder. To dejlige pools og to lækre restauranter, der dog har det samme på menuen. Dejlig morgenmadsbuffet, med stort udvalg. Eneste minus var, at de lod os vente 2 timer på at få værelset, på trods for at hotellet ikke var fuldbelagt."

"What a great little spot! Very inexpensive, not waterfront, but walking distance to beautiful Sai Keow Beach and Sai Keow Beach Restaurant. Off the beaten path of tourists. Very clean and I loved the Rooster wake up call in the morning! 😊"

"家族で宿泊しました。 7歳の子供にとっては初めての海外旅行。口コミが少なく、旅行本にも掲載がないホテルだったので、宿泊するまで少し不安でしたが、とても素晴らしいホスピタリティのホテルでした！施設もとても掃除が行き届いており、どこをとっても清潔で働いているスタッフの方々も子供に優しくホスピタリティが最高でした。今回2食付きのプランで申し込みましたが、ホテル内のレストラン（朝食用のレストラン、プールサイドのレストラン、エントランス付近のレストランの3つ）の選択肢が少なく、最初は少し不安でしたが、どこのレストランの食事もとても美味しかったです！子供のキッズメニューも充実してました！プールもスライダーや噴水などがあり、小さい子供でも十分楽しめる、綺麗なプールでした。子供は帰国する際、とても名残惜しかったようで、また来年もここのホテルに泊まりたいと言ってました。親も心の底からそう思える、素晴らしいホテルでした。"
