"Had a lovely stay in January for a week, the room was adequate for our stay, a comfortable bed, tv (if you like to watch tv), a/c and fan a balcony. The room is a bit small but wasn’t a problem the bathroom has hot water and good shower. The beach is a short walk from the accommodation lots of bars and restaurants around. I needed some washing doing when we arrived which Manjay (manager) sorted and was at hand for anything else needed. We liked Palolem and Sand Tent resort so much we’ve already...

"Excellent stay at Sand Tent beach house. Coming in from the Uk, We initially booked for 2 nights and then decided to stay for a further 4 nights. This was due to the outstanding services we received from Manjay and his team. He went above and beyond for us, offered a laundry service which we used and even took us to the market to get a few bits. He recommended lots of local places to visit and gave us tips and tricks to get around. The location of the rooms is around 5 minutes walk to the beach...

"Stayed here for two nights and it’s a wonderful spot. There are so many restaurant choices nearby for all tastes and meal sizes, and it’s right in the water so your life is simple! Breakfasts are delicious and the team are all very helpful. Perhaps sometimes, considering there were children at the hotel, the courtyard garden they would allow guests to play music a bit too late. But that’s the only issue!"
