"From the greeting as we drove up, to the final farewell it was fantastic. The staff is so well trained and efficient. Most speak multiple languages, which made a difference for us. The valets/ bellmen/ general information gives were so wonderful. We ate the buffet breakfast as well as dining in the restaurant for a lunch and a dinner. "The staff was amazing and very accommodating explaining their ecco commitment. They do not have traditional room air conditioning. The window in our room was small, but did open. As we opened the window there was a breeze. That gave some relief from the heat in our room. The square footage (120 sq. Ft.) in the room didn't work for us. We relocated to another property and really enjoyed our stay in Porto. "

"If you are visiting Porto with a car this is the place to stay. Easy parking. Close to the old city. We drive into the old Porto at night and got lucky with parking but if I had to do it again I would uber it in and walk around. The sunset from this property is stunning. Stunning over the Atlantic. Hotel was very comfortable. "
