Condominios en Playa de North Topsail

"This is the PERFECT PLACE. Everything was wonderful! The host was great. I plan to return this condo. Thanks for making my quick getaway special!"

"Right on the ocean. Quiet and clean."

"make sure to bring toilet paper, paper toilets, and trash bags with you because no extras were supplied other than what was originally provided and with three people, we ran out quick. very clean and cute space for a few people. the ac unit was unbearably loud and the door locking system broke towards the end of our trip, but the host was quick to provide a solution."

"Several issues made this stay less than desirable. First, the property was difficult to find using my phone app, 2nd, the musty smell never dissipated as was told it would, 3rd, the only closet was used as a storage unit for an old window unit and a storage container which made it impossible to hang any clothes, 4th, the living room TV did not work properly, 5th, the bedroom TV did not work very well either (continued to freeze), 6th, on the last night the bedroom a/c quit working altogether and...

"Wow the ocean view was absolutely amazing!!! The place was perfect!! Our family of three had the best time!!! Thank you so much for letting us enjoy your place!"

"Lisa was easy to communicate with. Loved how tv had regular cable and not just internet streaming. Hoping to go back next year."

"Great place to stay!!! Will come back again!!!"

"Unit was just as described in the listing and host was very responsive. We would stay here again."

"Excellent stay with an excellent host!!!"

"Awesome stay, everything was easy for the check in process, much different than the usual talk to someone and get the key process. Instead, you’re giving detailed instructions and everything’s quick and easy. Amazed how equipped the rooms are and the kitchen has lots of supplies or cooking utensils. I didn’t know the island was hit with a king tidal wave that a lot of decks were under construction and the indoor pool was impacted from a storm that it wasn’t open while we were there. If the place...

"Not exactly what we thought but comfortable enough. We spend most of our time on the beach."

"Everything was clean which was most important to me but was very humid in the unit"

"Smelled of animal urine. The condo seemed old and also smelled musty. It was up three flights of stairs. The beach was half covered with two rows of huge sand bags. We informed the rental manager the condo was unacceptable and that we would not be staying there. We got a hotel room instead. We asked for a refund but ended up contacting our credit card company instead."

"The unit was perfect for our family of four. It was on the top level, so great view but a bit of a walk up. Thankfully there is an elevator and wagons available for your luggage and groceries."

"Nice place !!!"

"We enjoyed this place. It is dated, but served us well enough. Nate was responsive when messaged with questions. Hint on laundry: use quick wash, max spin, normal dry & don’t overload. We did small loads while out for the day and at night. It took a minute to figure things out since we couldn’t find a welcome book. We donated some Dollar General items like coffee mugs, cereal bowls and dish drying mat since those were not available. Suggested: a little extra effort with cleaning, updating decor...

"Great space for a small family. Walked right into the beach."

"We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful beachfront condo at the St. Regis Resort! The oceanfront views from every room were truly breathtaking, and the property was clean, well-maintained, and perfectly equipped. We loved having direct access to the beach and the resort pools, and communication with the owner was wonderful, making our entire experience easy and seamless. We would highly recommend this property!"
