Front desk person was very helpful with local recommendations and always available via WhatsApp. We loved it and would come again. If you drive, you have to park in a garage and walk 5 mins to the hotel. They will send address to the garage so you use that in your GPS. The location is also just perfect, right in the heart of everything, just out the front door are so many cute restaurants and shops, yet it was very quiet inside. The room, so comfy and much bigger than expected, the view from our balcony was beautiful, the staff could not do enough for us and the food?? One of the best dinners I had during my 19 day visit to Italy. The breakfast items available were delicious and so many options. They even had fresh honeycomb for their delicious bread. I hope someday I can return to this wonderful hotel."
