Altid en god oplevelse at overnatte på arcotel

L'hôtel est agréable et nous avons été très bien accueillis par le personnel, ce qui est un vrai point positif. En revanche, quelques détails mériteraient d'être améliorés. J'aurais apprécié que la théière mise à disposition soit vide à notre arrivée et que les interrupteurs soient parfaitement propres. Le principal point négatif reste toutefois le parking. Payer 22 € supplémentaires par jour, en plus du prix déjà élevé des chambres, me paraît excessif. C'est malheureusement ce qui fait que, malgré les qualités de l'établissement, ce sera sans doute notre dernière réservation dans cet hôtel.

This is a great hotel with excellent customer service. We had a great 1 bedroom suite with a small kitchenette. Although the Hotel was right along the train station the soundproofing in the rooms was amazing. Free use of laundry machines was available in the basement. We would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area in the future.
