This was by far the worst hotel experience we have ever had. From the moment we arrived, we felt unwelcome. The receptionist was rude, arrogant, and completely uninterested in helping us. He made us feel like we were a nuisance rather than paying guests. It was extremely hot outside, and I had specifically booked a room with air conditioning. When I asked if it was working, I received a sarcastic reply. The room was over 30°C, and the air conditioner displayed an error message. A table fan had been placed in the room, making it obvious that the hotel already knew the air conditioning was broken but still rented out the room without informing us. Charging our electric car was another frustrating experience. Instead of explaining the process, the receptionist simply pointed at a sign. I had to download a separate app, but there was no mobile signal in the underground garage. After going back outside to complete the registration, I had to verify my email, phone number, enter my IBAN because I am from Norway, and prepay before I could start charging. It took far too long and wasted valuable time after a long journey. The next morning I discovered I had been charged an idle fee for every minute the battery was above 80%. That policy may be reasonable at busy Tesla Superchargers, but it makes no sense in a hotel car park where guests pay to park overnight. This should have been clearly explained in advance. The only positive part of our stay was the breakfast and restaurant.
