"Room was ok, clean, pillows were super small and uncomfortable. We were 2nd floor and the gym must have been above us... people walking back and forth for hours until after midnight then early in the am again. Breakfast was ok, not bad... plenty of it"

"The property was easy to find, just off the highway and quiet. The breakfast was good and breakfast room was refreshing with trees all around. I think that there is only one snack machine, soda machine m, ice machine on the first floor. No food available otherwise. There was plenty of space to walk around or walk your dog. No second day bed make or towel refresher. Decor is basic. It was quite adequate. Clean and quiet."

"The Larkspur Landing staff are wonderful. I accidentally booked the wrong room and they waived the transfer fee. They’re one of very few hotels in the area that allow pets and have kitchenette’s. Because I brought my dog, they were able to accommodate my request to be on the first floor near an exit door. The room was nice and clean. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The bed... The bed was terrible. It was way too soft. I don’t have a bad back and can pretty much sleep anywhere. But it...

"The room was mediocre with barely cleaned counters and bathroom, but their “breakfast” was disgusting. It consisted of old pop tarts and donuts, all which were covered in ants. Their apples were yellow and braised as they have been sitting in the same bowl for weeks. Their coffee machine was barely coffee and their hot water dispenser was room temp. Do better guys."

"Breakfast was good! Staff are friendly…the reason why I gave such low rating was because once we entered the room, we saw a lizard and a cockroach in the bathroom. All night we had noisy upstairs neighbors, the walls are so thin you can hear everyone around you and walking by. I wouldn’t book here again…after hours of driving it’s not what you want to be dealing with. "

My son slept on the pull out couch bed and the mattress has seen better days. Breakfast was fair at best, with soggy potatoes and some kind of sausage, that was grainy and didn't taste very well."
