"I like The property. Not that big but well maintained. Housekeeping everyday which I like the most. The property clean and tidy including the room, only its small size for three people. We were not given a refill of coffee and tea but there was kettle and keurig. The staffs are very nice, friendly helpful and accommodating. "Great little hotel with 8 small flats. On the second floor of a larger building. One block from the promenade/beach area. Really enjoyed our stay! Only things we did not enjoy was the noise from folks on the floor above us, and from other guests in the hotel very late into the evening a couple of nights. Neither of these issues were the fault of the hotel. Would recommend for a great, less expensive option when staying in Nice!"
