"The staff is wonderful. The only negative is the bed mattress. It was so soft no support. Hard time sleeping my back ache was terrible. Hardly could walk the next day. Time to change mattress with some support "

"Pool room was not picked up. Towels & garbage everywhere! Breakfast attendants lacked customer service. Spoke Spanish & seemed to be complaining about the guests! (I know some Spanish). Pillows on our king bed were worn out & lumpy! Our comforters on all three beds smelled dirty! Room was dusty! Lack of parking! We’re entrance floor…slipped & fell. Front desk clerk saw & just out up a “wet floor” sign. Lobby had soda cans & other garbage in seating & tables."

"The room was large and clean and completely comfortable--the hosts thought of everything. The bathtub and shower were both fantastic and we slept well in the bed. The breakfast was fresh and wonderful. Our hosts, Heidi and Tom, were kind and friendly and great to communicate with. They have created a welcome and interesting atmosphere in a terrific location. We look forward to staying again. "

"Everyone was amazing and friendly got to have a nice. They even accommodated me with an early check in and were all ready to help me even carry my bag up to my room on the top floor. Was very peacful and relaxing get away for my birthday. Even started my morning with a nice conversation with Adam over some breakfast and coffee to start my morning. All in all very impressed. I usually don't do luxury things like this for myself so was all new to me from the top tier service to the fancy drinks at...
