"We got 2 King sized non smoking room. One on the third floor and one on the fourth floor. The third floor room smelled too much of the chlorine which made it unbearable which is why I took 1 star off. The room on fourth floor was great. No smell. Very clean. The room was large. There was a large fridge, microwave, even a dishwasher in the room. It was really like a second home in a hotel room. Everything was neat and clean. "Very enjoyable! Loved the room layout - never heard any hallway noise. Very clean, friendly staff. Our dog loved this hotel, nice grounds. The cooked breakfast foods were hard (french toast sticks, egg & cheese bages, eggs, ham, etc. but fruit and yogurt were good). We will definitely be back. "

"It was clean and bed was comfortable. The most amazing part is the small lake right outside the room. We saw swans with babies, Canada geese with babies, an otter, a couple turtles, a couple of cranes, that was amazing! You can tell the hotel is older and the owners are maybe newer and trying to make it. The hotel could use updating but it was clean and comfortable. Person who checked us in, maybe owner, was very nice and efficient. Would stay here again. Close to Indiana Dunes National...
