Hoteles cerca de Playa de ECR - Chennai

"Calm place to be. Staffs are very good, it was a quick stay but enjoyed."

"Very disappointing experience. The hotel did not help us arrange a taxi to the airport, so we had to find one ourselves. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people and left at 1 AM for the airport, while my brother checked out in the morning. Despite this, we were charged an extra ₹1,800 for an extra person, even though there was no extra guest. Very poor service and an unjustified charge."

"Carpets were dirty with many stains. Room had a bad odour. Windows glass pane was dirty. TV remote had missing cover for battery and keys not readable. Room service replaced it.Reception said they would change room but alternate rooms same condition. Food at restaurant was very good. Service at restaurant was excellent."

"My stay at HF was amazing, worth for money, it's private pool villa, friendly staffs. Very close to akkarai beach and lots of restaurants near by. Thanks to vinod for arranging cab to the airport. Amenities and facilities were really good."

"This is a scam. When I arrived at the reception to checkin, the hotel person told that they don't accept online bookings and they don't tie up with fabhotels anymore and finally they denied tp checkin the room I booked online. I was waiting the whole night without any support from the hotel staff nor from expedia or fabhotels. This was the worst experience i had booking online. I want the refund to be processed to me with Compensation for the worst experience I had."

"Very unprofessional When we were about to reach the hotel they canceled my booking at Grand horizon said its full and asked to choose some other dirty, shabby properties. It was a nightmare for us to find a place last minute midnight"

"The hotel refused service saying that the booking was not showing in their server."
