They charge for extra pillows and/or blankets for each night! Not each stay, but each night! That’s ridiculous, it’s not renting a bed, it’s for each extra pillow and/or blanket! Only one pillow per person given and we wanted to exchange the queen blanket for 2 single ones, they still had to charge for an extra blanket per night! $4000 won per night, NOT per stay. Plus all of a sudden, both front desk ladies don’t speak English at all, we needed to use Google translate as they text their supervisor but when other foreigners came to the desk, they can speak English again…wow! Bad customer service. Look into other hotels if you can, this one is not close to the subway and very noisy, dark, not clean. No airport bus or transfer available. Only uber or subway (too far to drag luggage).

Great location to food. Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean. Hotel provided free water. Laundry drying machine was a ventless model so drying clothes took 3 hours per load. However there is a laundry mat 2 minutes away.

부산의 랜드마크인 엘시티에 1박이지만 여름휴가 맞이 가족모임을 기획했습니다 역시 시원한 뷰와 깔끔한 실내 가까운 해운대 미포 스카이캡슐 탑승장 등 모든것이 만족 스러웠어요. 날씨가 더웠지만 가까이서 해운대를 보고 저녁무렵 해안가를 걸을 수 있다는게 장점인것 같아요. 해운대뷰와 미포오션뷰를 선택했는데 해운대 해변은 보이지 않지만 미포오션도 충분히 힐링되는 곳이였어요. 가족들이 좋은시간 보내고 갑니다!! *호텔스닷컴 기준인원과 최대인원을 표기해주면 좋을것 같습니다.
