"honestly exceeded my groups expectations. We rented a three bedroom condo and the place was very spacious. Very clean and the campus itself was just beautiful. Pool was very enjoyable and we did take advantage of the dining being so close. definitely a very quiet and peaceful property. Not very close to any beach but was a short 15 minute walk to Mullet Bay. I would easily use this property again for future stays. "Very close to Mullet Bay. Also close to a bakery/coffee shop and a grocery store. Very safe area. Very private. Not good parking if you rent a large vehicle. Small sedan or 2-door is good though. Overall a nice place."

"The Cliff is beautiful and our stay was very pleasant. Staff was extremely friendly. Neighborhood was very safe. The only issue we had was on our last night with one of the bedroom air conditioning units, but it is an island and things happen. I would recommend staying as the views, property, and staff are very welcoming. "

"The condo and admenities were amazing! This was our first time in St. Maarten and we were unsure of where to stay on the island. Boy did we hit the jackpot with this condo! It was in an amazing location with our favorite beach (Mullet Bay) just a minute walk. The beach in front of the condo was also one of our favorites. So many places to eat within walking distance/short car ride. We will be back! "
