"The building and room were excellent. I parked off street and was steps from my room. I ordered a pizza and the delivery was smooth! The bed was amazing and I loved the sheets! The bathroom is upgraded and nicely done. I had an appointment early and the Villa is centrally located in San Clemente and the traffic was good too! I enjoyed my stay and will return! Christy B"

"The name “Hotel Avenida” is a scam. This is actually a Rodeway inn renamed as a hotel. The front attendant told me that the owner changed the name from Rodeway inn to Hotel Avenida because it would be”better for business”. I don’t even know if that legal but might as well book a motel 6 if you’re looking to book a cheap motel. The rooms weren’t new either the pictures are deceiving.
