The photos of the rooms shown on the app are completely different from reality, and the room itself was in a filthy condition; the bed—including the sheets and blanket—had clearly already been used by someone else, yet they rented the room to us in that state. I consider this a sign of disrespect, as what is displayed on the app does not correspond to the actual room....

"Charged me for damages that didn’t occur while vacationing there. I will never book with Hosteva again or the Ocean Pier condos. Word of advice book with someone else if you don’t want to be charged extra fees and prior damages that were there before check in."

"Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room. "
