Everything was new to brand new, bed very comfortable, even biscuits which was better than a US named one on the front prom and a Windermere £85 p/n. "Owner really helpful, car parking space very handy for location. We were offered the option of purchasing a full english breakfast which we took advantage of, the food was lovely and really good produce used. We stayed in the lumiere room which was a great price, slight damp smell when you walked in and some of the purple paint needed touching up. I would stay again but book a different room. "

"We have just returned from a 2 night stay. Yvonne was amazing showed us round. Provided information about the area and places to go. Breakfast is available at an extra cost and is absolutely delicious. Quality ingredients and plentiful. Bed was very comfortable and so quiet at night . Would definitely stay again."

Only issues we had was the bed was very hard, the tv in the room was in a bad place it wouldnt normally bother us but the weather was very bad so ended up staying in the room more than we wanted and non of us could see the telly from the beds especially my child.
