"We were greeted by a very polite young lady at the desk when we arrived were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of our room. The temperature of the room was perfect. The queen bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and washcloths available. Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice as we like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. We had a fine breakfast of bagels, muffins and fruit. The coffee was very good. "Check in was easy and fast. Our first room was a non smoking room but smelled like Pot when we went in. I asked to be moved and we were right away. It’s a nice hotel however the carpets could be cleaned in the hallway. Plenty of room for us and the room had a microwave and refrigerator."

"This is a cheaper hotel, but the staff was very accomodating, the private beach was nice, bed VERY comfortable, and very clean -- just old. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area. Quiet, BIG room with kitchen, but don't expect a five star hotel. This is a great inexpensive alternative!"

"We loved the view of Lake Champlain and the quietness of the area. There was an event going on one night but they were gone by the time we returned around 7:30. Continental breakfast was good. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very clean and roomy for two people. I would return!"
