"First room I was assigned to had a completely shattered window. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, but she struggled with the computer, she said it was her first shift by herself, she tried to call someone on the phone to get help with the check in process several times and no one answered. You need to rethink that part and always have someone on call. "

"Needs updated a bit, but was clean. Have to have wrist ban for pool inconvient. The area is not horrible. Close to outlet malls traffic was a little crazy because of road work. But was okay for the price and Gulfport was easy getting around."

"This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast."
