Glad we checked in before staff left for the day. The room was hot upon check in 82. Had to leave for a few hours to wait for it to cool. We had 4 adults in the room and only amenities for 2 people. "First room I was assigned to had a completely shattered window. The girl at the desk was friendly and helpful, but she struggled with the computer, she said it was her first shift by herself, she tried to call someone on the phone to get help with the check in process several times and no one answered. You need to rethink that part and always have someone on call. "
