Lovely reception team member on arrival and the slightly early check-in allowed (14.30) when the temperature was 33 degrees was much appreciated."

"Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Die Mitarbeiter waren nett, freundlich aber nicht aufdringlich. Von der Buchung bis zum Online Check in hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Parkhäuser sind in der Nähe. 4 mal Kapsel Kaffee und eine Flasche Wasser waren Gratis. Die Zimmer verfügen über Klimaanlagen. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber Sauber. Die Betten waren bequem. Wer in der Innenstadt von Mannheim übernachten möchte, dem kann ich das Hotel empfehlen. Wer allerdings ein frisch...
