Beautiful apartment located on the first floor of an old mill, you will fall under the charm of its view on the river. Comfortably accommodating 6 travelers, the apartment is composed of a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room, two beautiful bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. - Private terrace of 15m² facing southwest along the river, furnished with garden furniture in summer.
- Unenclosed and shared garden.

The apartment is located in the historical city center, and in the immediate vicinity of all the shops: tobacco, bar, grocery store, bakery, pancake house, dry cleaner, butcher's shop, press, pharmacy, tourist office, hypermarket.

Activities
Plancoët has a rich religious heritage to be admired during a walk in the city. You can also discover the bottling plant as well as the source of the mineral water Plancoët which owes its name to the city. Want to get some fresh air? You will be located at only 10 kilometers from the Breton beaches, and will be able to take advantage of the 130 kilometers of hiking trails near Plancoët.
