GOURMET KITCHEN W/ MAPLE CABINETS/GRANITE & SS APPS/EATING ISLAND. SUNROOM WITH BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF POND. LUXURY MASTER SUITE W/ LUXURY BATH. FULL FINISHED BASEMENT WITH 9' FOOT CEILINGS INC FULL BATH & BED. TRANQUIL BRICK PAVER PATIO. (Plus 100-acre park, paths, soccer & baseball fields, & more).

The whole place is yours to feel at home. The home is a 6-bedroom and 5 full bathrooms, 3,500 sq ft home. High-end luxury features with a beautiful place to relax on the water. It will sleep 12 people.

Guests coming from out of town to attend a wedding or meet friends from around the country love the space, and we can tailor your stay specifically for this purpose if you would like.

I have a small real estate company, and my space is a high-touch, professionally run home.

You will have access to four out of the six sleeping areas; one of the bedrooms is my son's bedroom. One of the game/cinema room bedrooms is an open floor plan.

Only one out of the six bedrooms are not accessible. No one will be living on the premises during your stay.

Other things to note: The pond allows fishing. Swimming is not permitted.

The home was very clean and spacious for a large family. Plenty of space for everyone to come together and enjoy the group, tons of space with different activities and even space for quiet hang out areas. The owner, Roman is very nice and truly cared about us having a nice time. The outdoor area is beautiful to hang out and cook, it is a quiet neighborhood. The family room is set up for gaming and watching movies in the home theater so the kids were never bored. Overall, exceptional.

The house was absolutely beautiful! Very spacious and very clean!! The master bedroom was huge and cozy! The living room was also very spacious and relaxing. We really enjoyed watching movies downstairs on the big projection screen. It also had great surround sound like you’re at a theater! And the outdoor space was really great for grilling out and then during the night on the patio we lit up the fire top on the table that seats 8 people and enjoyed playing some card games while eating s’mores! Roman was also such a great guy! He really cared that we had the best experience! This place is a perfect getaway! Highly recommend!(:

This was a great location for my family. We were there for a wedding which was canceled at the last minute so all of our plans changed. The owner was great to work with, very responsive all weekend. The house and the property are very comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for the weekend. The neighborhood is very nice we enjoyed walking in the area. I definitely recommend this house for a large group.

The house was absolutely gorgeous! My family and I enjoyed the outside area as well as the inside. The house had ample space for everyone. We came to town to attend a family member’s birthday party and there was enough room for those who live in the area to come visit us. Absolutely would love to use the house the next time we visit home!

We rented this home for a weekend family celebration for the Holidays. It was very nicely decorated and super clean. The owner was easy to reach and communicated things clearly. My mother turned 80 and this was to be a Timeless Treasure Surprise Tea Party. The location was perfect, the view of the lake behind such a beautiful home, amenities within the home-could not have been any better. My family said this was a moment in time they will never forget. 2 families stayed for a burial at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery. The home is spacious, beyond spotless and set up for lounging and comfort. You feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. It is in a very safe neighborhood that could not have been nicer. There is so much outdoor space and a gorgeous fire pit that overlooks the water and walking path. The beds are super comfortable. The basement is an entertainment paradise. Román is an exceptional host and his communication is also. So very kind, helpful and thoughtful. The welcome basket was wonderful. Thanks for the use of your home. I look forward to future stays.

Roman was an amazing host and his house is gorgeous. We were very comfortable and the kids (and grownups) had a blast playing foosball and air hockey. We enjoyed taking a walk around the trail and taking our kids to the near by park. Roman went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed, including things for the baby.

Beautiful and spacious home easily accommodated our groups needs. There’s a nice walking path accessible from the back yard. The finished basement is entertainment central, with poker / gaming tables as well a big screen perfect for a movie at night. Host was super friendly and was happy to answer any questions we had, including some local food options. We really enjoyed our stay there and would easily recommend it.
