We invite you to come stay at our beautiful Boca Vista Harbor condo minutes away from Boca Grande with its white sand beaches, charming shops and restaurants. This amazing area is famous for its fishing, boating, beaches and golf courses! You can enjoy inshore- offshore fishing, cruising on the intracoastal to visit the many waterside restaurants or packing a cooler and hitting the sandy beaches. Gasparilla Marina is right next door for all your boating needs from fishing charters to boat rentals. Grab the golf clubs and play a round at one of the many courses in the area. Whether it’s fishing, boating, going to the beach on Boca Grande or hitting the golf course, make sure you head to the Boca Vista pool and hot tub on your return. Relax with your favorite beverage while grilling under the pavilion. Think the fun stops there? Grab your bikes and head out on the Cape Haze Pioneer bike and nature trail across the street, jump on a paddle board or kayak from a launch on the property, check out the wildlife, or play tennis and pickle ball on our onsite court. Jerry’s Smoking Tiki Hut(a short walk from the condo), Placida Grill or the Lighthouse are close by for a delicious meal. Dine at South Beach, the Pink Elephant and Millers located on Boca Grande. Feel like traveling a bit? Go visit Englewood Beach and the many popular restaurants and bars located across the street from the beach. The Sandbar, Loc and Key, White Elephant and The Waverly have great food and music all day long. In the morning relax on the lanai, gazing at the water while enjoying a cup of coffee. Be sure to be on the lookout for dolphins swimming by or watching the boats come and go. If this is your first visit to our delightful area, plan on it not being your last!

We absolutely loved our stay at BVH!! Ann was attentive to detail, the condo was beautiful and clean, it had everything we could possibly need, the area has so much to offer and we can’t wait to return some time!

Fantastic!

This condo is fantastic! Went for a weeklong fishing and boating vacation and it did not disappoint. The location is perfect, marina and restaurant are right next door, close to plenty of other restaurants and of course, Boca Grande shopping! The complex is quiet and secure with great amenities. The condo itself is impeccable. Great water view, very well appointed, comfortable and spotlessly clean! Ann is a great host. We cannot wait to return.

Amazing Rental!!

We were unfortunately unable to book a stay at our "normal" condo on Boca Grande, so we decided to do some searching around the area and happened upon Boca Breeze. When I tell you that we were not disappointed, that is an understatement. The condo was impeccable, had everything that a vacation renter would need for an enjoyable stay, and the property owner is fantastic. The property itself is quiet, well-kept, and has an amazing pool/barbeque/hot tub area. I can definitely say that myself and my husband will no longer be staying at the property that we have stayed at for the last 8 years, but will now stay at Boca Vista Harbor/Boca Breeze from here on out. I could not recommend this place enough!!!

Wonderful place to stay.

Beautiful

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. It was so clean and very well equipped. The pool area was clean and plenty of lounge chairs to use. There are barbecues available to use in the pool area as well. We got to see dolphins from the balcony of the condo which was amazing. Boca Grande was our favourite beach to go to. It was a short drive away although you did have to pay 6$ to cross the causeway but it was totally worth it for the white sand and crystal clear water. Kids and adults had fun looking for shark teeth on the beach. Make sure to check SandBar Tiki restaurant in Englewood. Awesome live music and good food. We really enjoyed our vacation and will definitely be back soon.

Amazing in every way

Ann's condo is beautifully decorated with an upscale beach theme throughout. Immaculately clean and with a fully stocked kitchen we didn't want for anything. The patio is so relaxing and the view is amazing. We've already decided this will be our go to place on Florida's west coast!

Room with a view

Lovely condo with a big balcony and a beautiful water view ideal for spotting the wildlife including daily visits of dolphins. Condo was very clean and well decorated and has everything you need to enjoy your holiday

Stunning apartment in perfect location

The photographs don't do this property justice. We spent the most wonderful 3 weeks here. Everything we needed was available including beach equipment and coolers. The apartment was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for us, close to the amazing beaches of Boca Grande and with an excellent Tiki bar within walking distance. We would love to return.

Boca Vista paradise

Loved every minute of our stay. Our condo was perfect offering everything we could possibly want. Management was very helpful and responded immediately. Views from condo were amazing, loved watching the dolphin while enjoying coffee in the patio. Property was immaculate, we LOVED our stay!!

A great find near Boca Grande

A beautiful and beach-themed condo full of everything that you might need. Renovated, bright and relaxing. The sofa and master bed were extremely comfortable. Close to Manasota Key where Waverly's is a must for great seafood. Golf is nearby in the Rotunda area with several courses to choose from for play. You will not be disappointed!

Excellent Place To Stay!

Absolutely love this place!! We came to this complex about 10 years ago (not the same condo) and really loved it, so we decided to stay at this complex this year for our annual family vacation, we absolutely loved it, everything was clean, this condo is absolutely beautiful, the condo community is so quaint and quiet, the pool and spa is so beautiful and clean, the property manager Zita is great to work with your needs!! Highly recommend that you stay @ Craig and Melisa’s condo!!! Everything is so convenient, Boca Grande Island is a short drive, Englewood, etc., really a beautiful place. This condo deserves 10 stars!!!

Great/Beautiful Condo

What a great condo! Very well appointed and very clean. The building & all surrounding areas are well kept. We used this location as home base for exploring the area. There are a couple interesting islands & parks to check out. Easy access to walking & bike trails. A Publix Grocery store was very close. The beaches are a short drive to get to & they are beautiful. We highly recommend this place!

Condo near the Boca Grande

We loved the condo, very clean, beautifully furnished & very comfortable! It was easy to get to the Boca Grande beaches and not far to stores. The beaches are gorgeous. We liked the Tikki bar at the marina next door, only a 2 min walk away.. great fish & chips! Englewood was great for eating out and also nice beaches... overall an awesome time and would definitely stay here again. The view is breathtaking, morning coffee while seeing occasional dolphins was one of my fav things... we also saw manatees on the Boca Grande (at bottom of the island beach) Loved it!

Wonderful, quiet location

Beautiful property. Lovely decor and home was well stocked. Pool was quiet. We used it every day. The only negative is lack of water access/ beach. Short drive to beaches and activities. Wonderful, laid-back vacation.
