After, enjoy the cool air-conditioning comforts of your own condo, watch some TV and prepare a delicious meal in your full kitchen. Central AC keeps the whole space cool and comfortable. This condo is located in Maya Beach, a great area of Placencia Peninsula. It is a quiet region with a few excellent restaurants and convenient supermarkets. Visit Placencia Village, where you'll find more bars, restaurants, tour agencies, and the village pier. Nearby activities include snorkeling, kayaking, fishing, scuba diving, jungle hikes, and Mayan ruin tours.

The condo was good but there were ants getting on all of our food and was hard to reach staff . We ran out of toilet paper and didn’t know how to get more. I’m the condo it states there is a laundry facility but nope. The location was great and the view amazing.

No water large gap above the door. Room full of mosquitoes. Contacted host about condition of residence While the room as credited back Vacasa would not refund the host fee which included cleaning. We were only in the room an hour. Beware never book with the management team Vacasa.

Nice place!

The location was perfect and the condo clean and attractive. The living room / kitchen is not as big as it appears in the pictures, maybe 12ft x 20ft. Also, while the balcony looks out over the pool and the ocean, the furniture is so uncomfortable that you don't want to lounge there for long.All in all, nice and reasonable for the money. The Laru Beya next door is nicer, but also pricier.

The grounds and location were great. The inside needs some updating and attention. In regards to cleanliness, the cabinets in the kitchen and under the sink are very foul-smelling.Not sure. If it's something they are using to clean, but it is not very inviting.

A Good Place for the Price

I'm ranking this property high with the price in mind. It wasn't perfect, but it was a good place for the price we paid. It's pretty dated, and you have to go next door for food service, but it's quiet and has a nice pool and lovely pier. We had to request certain basic kitchen supplies, but they were nicely delivered once we asked. It was well cleaned, but with its age you have to overlook some wear and tear. You'd have to make that decision on getting a more modern place and certainly paying more for it. Note that it is a little way out of village; it's about a10 minute cart/car ride.

Great visit at Beachside Villas

Family of 3 adults enjoyed our time here. Condos are a bit dated, but comfortable. Basic kitchen. Nice pool and fun beach. We had a car so did quite a bit of exploring.

Amazing property in a great location.

Super easy process, and good communication throughout. The room has everything we needed - although a larger fridge would have kept more Belikins cold! We could see the beach from the balcony, and the pool was always inviting. We had to cut our stay short because of the Coronavirus, but hopefully we will make our way back to Placencia soon!

The Good The Bad & The Ugly

The Good - close proximity to the pool & beach. King size beds. Good restaurants close by. Very receptive to any request for items needed in condo. Nice deck The Bad - very old appliances and small (old) bar fridge. A good distance from Placencia. A car/golf cart is essential. You can't walk in. The Ugly- lots of very little ants in the kitchen area. All food had to be in containers and ziplock bags (which we bought). The water pressure...you could spit faster. But there was hot water if that's important to you. The area leaves you feeling vulnerable to feeling insecure after dark.

A week at beachside villas

The units are clean with great access to the pool, ocean, and surrounding restaurants and bars. You are a 10 to 15 minute “car ride” from Placencia Village so plan accordingly. Sienne Bight Village is closer (less than five minutes by car). We very much enjoyed our stay.
