Remodeled 2BR/1.5B, huge yard, off street pk, futon

Totally renovated 2BR, 1.5B in the heart of Greenfield/Squirrel Hill. Centrally located and minutes from Oakland, Downtown, bus stops, parks in a great residential neighborhood. New floors, new kitchen with granite counters, new bath. Premium beds. Master has queen, 2nd BR has a bunk, bonus room can be used as a BR or family room and has a futon. Basement has a desk with foosball table for working space. Off street parking. No more than 3 adults. House is designed for families. Strict no party policy.
The space
4330 McCaslin is very convenient to Oakland, Downtown, and the Waterfront. It can sleep 4 people (2 adults and 2 children) comfortably with a bonus room that has barn doors and a futon. There is a foosball table in the basement and a large yard if you want to enjoy the outdoors. The entire place was updated this year so everything is brand new.
Guest access
The entire house is available to guests with exception of my office (a small bedroom on the second floor that has a keypad lock) and the garage off the basement (which also has a lock).
Other things to note
I try to provide the basics for those staying but if there is something that you think can make your experience better please let me know.

WIFI network is on the router. Garbage collection in on Thursday so take it out on Wednesday night. There are two TVs in the house. One has apps on a box connected to it. One of them has a Fire Stick.

Great location and well maintained. I would add some more lamps to all the rooms bc it’s basically over head lights in all living areas and bedrooms. The owners were great and receptive. Thanks for a great stay!
