Come and relax in our new location! Perfect for work and pleasure! This historic warehouse was converted into loft units but still holds its original architectural features! Enjoy the industrial modern aesthetic with 15-foot-high ceilings, brick walls, original concrete floors, and atrium skylights that flood the space with natural light. These units come fully furnished and most have full kitchens and all your required accessories for you to just drop your suitcase and start relaxing. **NOW PET FRIENDLY-$50.00 PET FEE PER STAY**

Located centrally in Pittsburgh’s North Oakland neighborhood. The location makes it, just a short drive to all of Pittsburgh’s hottest areas for entertainment: Shadyside, Strip District, Southside, The Point, Heinz Field, PNC Park, PGG Paints Arena, Stage AE, and The Rivers Casino. The building is in close proximity to our world class universities: CMU, PITT, and Carlow and some of the world’s best medical facilities including UPMC, Allegheny General and the Hillman Cancer Center. Public transportation is nearby to easily travel around the city.

What to Pack:

We stock all our properties with a starter supply of the basics to get you through your first night or two! In our properties, you will find, a roll of paper towels, dish sponge, a dishwasher pod, two extra trash bags, dishwashing liquid, coffee filters, ground coffee, a small tea selection, laundry detergent, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and two rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom.

We always provide the linens-towels and bedding needed for your stay. Our kitchens are stocked with standard cooking essentials such as pots/pans, baking sheets, silverware, cooking utensils, measuring cups/spoons, and plate ware. If you are looking for something additional, please reach out! We will happily let you know if it is something we can provide for you.

Security:

For your safety as well as the property, properties are equipped with exterior Ring cameras that are capable of recording video and audio. There are also internal sensors to detect temperature and decibel levels.

Basic Rules:

No one wants a bad stay so here are some basic rules to ensure a smooth memorable safe stay:

1. If the number of guests requested is not the same as the actual usage, we have the right to evict and we will report to airbnb. Please be honest about the actual number of guests.

2. Absolutely no usage of the property for "house parties". If the police are ever called by the neighbors, then immediate eviction will take place.

3. Absolutely no smoking (pot included) in the house and if there is evidence of smoking in the house a $350 sanitizing fee will be charged.

4. Quiet Hours 10pm-8am. Please be mindful of your neighbors.

5. We are pet friendly! There is an additional cleaning charge of $50.00 per stay for pets. We just ask that pets remain off of the beds and furniture. An additional $50 fee may be added for excessive pet clean up including shedding on furniture and soil stains.

If you cannot abide these house rules, please do not rent from us. We prefer to rent it to people who would value a nice place to stay.

Good for a lot of people

It's a big functional space with a lot of amenities. The main kitchen / living room / dining / office space is good for hanging out. If you have a big group, there is lots of space to sleep and to enjoy meals and have fun.The first shortcoming is that it is not 3BA space, but only 2.5. There is no 3rd shower. And, for one of the existing showers, the water flow and pressure was really low and unpleasant.As you can see from some of the photos in the listing, there are not a lot of proper floor-to-ceiling rooms. The "loft" nature of the space means that everything is kind of open, and the natural light from the windows on one side of the apartment reaches other rooms through holes at the top of the walls. This means sound travels throughout the space and there is little ability to have any privacy. Might be fine for some, but if you value quiet, private space, you might want to rethink this rental.Lastly, the location is pretty central, while also not really being walking distance to much. But, you're like a 5-10 minute drive to locations in Oakland, Squirrel Hill, East Liberty and Bakery Square.

Really great space

This was a really great space, exactly as advertised. It was clean and spacious, well stocked, and just a comfortable place to spend time. Parking was easy (street or the paid spot). Our son and his friends especially enjoyed the pool table and dart board! Even though the building houses a handful of apartments and other businesses, it was very quiet, we barely even saw anyone else. I would definitely recommend this place!

Our super cross trip to Pittsburgh

A long weekend trip with the kids to see Supercross at Akashi Stadium! The place was great for family, fun and pool and darts! One thing I would advise people who are staying there is that the 15-foot high walls have a very large opening at about 10-feet up to the ceiling, meaning no real privacy in the bedrooms. Not a negative, but would have been good to know when choosing… You could hear a pin drop a bedroom away lol.There was no privacy door on the master bathroom and while the listing read a three bath bathroom, only two had a tub/shower. Very cool industrial feel and super fun for game nights or movie night! Also, it was not in the listing, but what a bonus that there was a small room off of one of the large bedrooms with two twin beds in it a great tuck away if you have kids.Location was literally a short distance to everything with an Uber or a Lyft.

Holidays in Pittsburgh

Wonderful holiday visit in Pittsburgh. Plenty of room for us 5 adults. Very convenient location to anywhere in city. Spent a lot of time playing pool and darts. Will definitely use this property again on next visit. Could not have had a better time.

Overall, we had a great time and I would recommend staying here. Just a couple inconveniences resulting in an overall 4 star rating. We were not given our room number prior to arrival, was given the wrong garage code, and were not provided trash bags. I followed up with their management team and was quickly given the information needed, and they had extra toiletries dropped off at the room, so overall I was pleased with my experience.

Night in the City

Our stay at this property was just as listed in the description. Some things we noticed: 1. The whole place is very open. Don't expect any privacy, noise wise. Make sure you stay with people you are very comfortable with. 2. The beds were plentiful and well accommodated. We all slept very well. 3. There was so much to do in the apartment, we wished we had not made plans in town. This would be a great place to just stay in and relax with friends.

Great and Massive Loft in a Super Location

We stayed here while visiting our son at Pitt with friends. The loft is actually bigger than it looks in the pics and is massive. The pool table and dart board are fun and the TV is massive. Kitchen had everything we needed as well. We even shot some hoops downstairs after a night out at the bars. Great value for the money so don't hesitate to book.

CMU Homecoming

We had group come for CMU homecoming. We rented 3 units in the building. This unit was a great gathering place, super spacious and clean. It was close to CMU and Pitt. We loved the pool table and large living and dining room. We would definitely rent again!

Summer internship 2024

My nephew is doing an internship In Pittsburgh next summer so we decided to check out the city. The loft enhanced our stay. Modern, cool, spacious and up to date. With 5 teens/young adults between the ages of 16-21, the pool table was key. It kept them entertained. We all had a blast. I’d go back even without the kids. Such a lovely apartment!

Terrific Rental for A Small Reunion

A group of 8 of us stayed at this vrbo - we were in town for the NCAA volleyball tournament. This rental is conveniently located near campus, and we utilized the garage for parking - totally worth the $20 overnight parking fee for the added security. Fantastic communication with Henry! He answered all of our questions quickly and was extremely helpful. Due to the shared bathrooms and clever layout of some of the beds, I would recommend this rental for either mixed company that are well acquainted or groups of family or friends that are comfortable enough together to use a common bedroom entry and the shared bathroom spaces. Highly recommend! We'll be back!!!

Great Stay in Oakland

We rented this property for CMU graduation and it was perfect. The check-in process and communication with the property manager were top notch. The apartment was well appointed. The space was great for a family gathering with lots of space for visiting, playing board games and darts and celebrating our graduate! I would say that its right on the line of being just a little too far to walk to CMU (especially for older family members) but the street parking was convenient and there were plenty of Ubers to take us around. I don't think I'll have a reason to visit this area again any time soon, but I would definitely rent here again if I did.

Fantastic stay

I rented this property for an intimate get together with friends and family to celebrate my wife's Birthday. The space was perfect with a great vibe to hang out and chill! Very clean, well maintained, and very comfortable. The host was fantastic to work with and responded quickly and thoroughly with every inquiry I had. He was very accommodating and I definitely recommend this property as a fun, unique, and convenient spot in Pittsburgh.

Spacious and comfortable apartment in optimal location

Extremely spacious apartment that fits a group of 10 easily. Lots of floor space, with a dart board and pool table were fantastic for playing games in our down time. The floor is uneven in spots, especially in the main living area. The half bath by the front entrance also has a steep angle up to the toilet and sink. Overall, a great place to have a bachelor party and very close to the strip/shadyside/Oakland/Bloomfield for east travel to many bars and restaurants. Highly recommend!
