  • Absolutamente magnífico 4 dormitorios 2. 5 baños a pocos minutos del centro de la ciudad y a tiro de piedra de las vistas panorámicas del parque Grandview. Esta casa ha sido renovada desde los montantes y cuenta con un "ambiente de granja". Reserve su estadía hoy!

    Esta propiedad es una maravilla! Empapada de luz natural, presenta un maravilloso plano de planta abierto que fluye desde la sala de estar hasta el comedor / cocina e incluso "área al aire libre" en la cubierta. Una cocina totalmente renovada y actualizada con asientos en el bar lo hace ideal para disfrutar de la compañía del otro.

    El segundo piso cuenta con un dormitorio principal con cama queen, baño con ducha y tocador doble. Hay un baño en el pasillo con una claraboya única y detalles de madera recuperada. Hay otro dormitorio grande en este piso que tiene dos camas una reina y completo. El tercer piso cuenta con dos dormitorios y armarios llenos de luz más.

Pitt visit

It was a good place to stay overall. The furniture in the living room was not the most comfortable, so hanging out with family there was not the greatest, but it was a good place to land while exploring Pittsburgh.

Guys Trip to Pittsburgh

Accommodations were perfect. Neighborhood was very quiet. Close to downtown and various locations. Very clean and plenty of room for everyone. Would definitely stay again!

We were in town for the Paul McCartney concert. We stayed at Corey's place for a few days. It was excellent. The location can't be beat, literally 15 mins to the arena, and other museums and attractions. The beds were comfy, and our son loved the 3rd floor bedrooms, like a little retreat for him. Would definitely stay again, next time we're in Pittsburgh

Cute victorian in a great location

The house was what we needed for a family get together. the large dining table accommodated all of us and we were able to walk to a nice view of the city. A bit more attention should be paid to the sheets, towels and condition of the mmattresses. Overall we had a nice stay.

Charming property with a lot of character. Great location; short drive to downtown and restaurants. Host regularly checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Furniture could be upgraded as there were some water stains. Overall would stay again.

Great host. Very accommodating. Nice house. Carpets need a good cleaning and front walkway needs a bit of repair. Great location for walking to some restaurants, bakeries, the incline, etc.

Pittsburgh

We chose this house based on the location near Grandview Park. The house was comfortable and suited our needs for a short trip. Everyone had their own space which always helps make a vacation go smoothly! We didn’t have a car this trip but there was always parking available when my oldest son, who lives nearby, came to pick us up.

Great host communication

Our stay was extremely smooth and easy to navigate. The host replied quickly when we noticed we had run out of trash bags. They personally dropped off a new set for us. Great place for a large group!

Good location and responsive host. The place needs a good deep clean and better quality control standards for the cleaning. The bedspread on one bed had an old band aid stuck to it and the decorative bed throw on another had obvious crusty spots. The kitchen floor had a visible, greasy film along the edge of the cabinets near the refrigerator and stove. The door code was provided but not the detailed instructions. We figured it out so not a big deal. They do provide plenty of towels. When I saw a mouse in the kitchen, they sent someone over right away to address it. The front of the property could use a little refresh or at least a tidying up of the front porch and walkway for better curb appeal. It was nice to have a back deck. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants on Shiloh Street.

Great place! Highly recommended!

We had such a nice weekend in Pittsburgh, and this property was a huge contributor to our positive experience! It was easy to check in and check out, it was clean and it was ready for us when we arrived. There were simple instructions for WiFi and the television. The location was convenient to everywhere we needed to go. And Corey was SUPER helpful and responsive- before and after our stay. We didn’t actually need to communicate while we were there! I would absolutely recommend staying here and will book again upon my return to Steel City!

Good Stay

The place was what we needed, plenty of room and a good kitchen. There's a leak in the roof so the stairs leading to the top floor were wet anytime it rained. The 2 top floor bedrooms get very cold so we had to borrow a space heater. We otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Lovely hilltop rental

Lovely place, everything it states on the description. Fun location on the hill top. Clean and newly remodeled. Wonderful place for a large family get away.

Wonderful experience

I really enjoyed by stay at this property. We were in town for a concert and stayed two nights. There was plenty of linens, amenities, beds, bathrooms, and space for five people. The house is nice, clean and comfortable with a back deck. I liked the location pretty well. It was in close proximity to local restaurants and the overlook of the city. It was easy getting downtown also. We found two parking spots right in front of the house. It beat staying in an expensive hotel hands down! I would stay here again and recommend it to others. Thanks Corey.

Great place for weekend trip

Stayed for weekend with a group of 6. Was perfect size for the group. Deck was really nice. Gorgeous views of the city only a block away. Great breakfast and coffee places a few blocks away. Highly recommend

Functional Space

We enjoyed our stay at this rental property. Renovations were done tastefully. Kitchen was spacious. Large dining room table easily sat10 people. Family room provided ample space for card games, conversation. Bathrooms were clean. Location provided fairly quick access to the downtown area. Only drawback were the uncomfortable beds. Some of the mattresses were hard, and made for a restless sleep. Despite that, I would recommend this property.
