To your left, you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen, featuring brand-new stainless steel appliances and ample countertop space for all your cooking needs. With plenty of cabinets and drawers, you’ll have plenty of storage for your essentials. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, electric kettle, and other kitchen gadgets to make meal prep easy. There’s also a cozy 4-seater nook, perfect for enjoying meals or a cup of tea or coffee. Next to the kitchen, you’ll find a convenient half bath, adding an extra layer of comfort and convenience to the space.
Dining Area: Next to the kitchen, you’ll find the dining area, featuring a 4-seater table perfect for meals with family or friends. It’s fully equipped with all the dining essentials, including plates, bowls, utensils, and glassware, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals.
Living Area: Just beyond the dining area is the inviting living room, featuring two large sofas—one facing a big smart TV for easy viewing, and the other arranged for casual conversation. One of the sofas conveniently converts into a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. There’s also a queen-sized Murphy bed in the living area for added comfort. A cozy single chair offers an extra spot to relax. Step out from the living area onto the deck, where comfortable seating invites you to enjoy the sun or unwind with a cup of coffee.

Bedroom 1: Upstairs, you’ll find the first bedroom featuring a king-sized bed with a plush memory foam mattress. Bathed in natural light from a large glass window, this elegant space offers a cozy and refined retreat. A wall-mounted smart TV is positioned directly across from the bed for effortless entertainment. You’ll find ample storage with a spacious closet and dresser, along with a dedicated desk perfect for work or study. The en suite bathroom adds to the luxury, featuring a sleek standing shower with a premium showerhead, dual vanity sinks with stylish mirrors, and all the essentials—including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
Hallway: Leaving the first bedroom and walking across the hallway, you’ll find a dedicated study nook with a desk—perfect for working or studying in peace. Just steps away is the laundry room, complete with an in-unit washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay.
Bedroom 2: At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the second bedroom, featuring a king-sized bed with a plush memory foam mattress. This elegant and beautifully designed room is filled with natural light from a large window and offers ample storage with a spacious closet. The en suite bathroom includes a stylish vanity with a large mirror, a luxurious showerhead, a relaxing tub, and all the essential for a comfortable stay.
Deck: Finally, let’s head upstairs to the stunning rooftop deck. With plenty of seating, including a cozy outdoor sofa, it’s the perfect place to unwind, soak up the sun, and take in the amazing view of Lawrenceville.
Things to note:
Pets: Pets are welcome for a small fee of $25 per pet/per stay.
Washer/Dryer: Guests have access to a convenient in-unit washer and dryer, free of charge, making laundry a hassle-free part of your stay.
Stairs: Please note, this apartment is only accessible by stairs—guests must climb two full flights to enter, as there is no elevator in the building. Inside the apartment, you’ll also need to climb one set of stairs to reach the bedrooms and another set to access the rooftop deck. ▪️QUIET HOURS: (10PM - 8AM) - Guests must be respectful of other tenants/ guests in the building during your stay. High noise levels will disturb other tenants in the building, so you must make sure to keep noise levels to a minimum between 10PM - 8AM. This includes TV volume, music, and voice levels. Please remember that this is their home! If a guest receives a noise complaint (Either from the host or another tenant directly), but disregards the complaint and continues to disturb other tenants, there will be a $200 fine per disturbance. ⭐️All I ask is that you are respectful to the other guests and tenants and there will be no issues or fines!
▪️NO PARTIES - The complex enforces a strict no-parties/noise violation policy to all its residents. This includes all Airbnb guests as well. If you throw a party, trash the space, damage the unit, disrespect the property, or have a gathering with extra guests that are not reported in your initial booking, you are breaking the rules and will be fined $1000.
▪️NO SMOKING - Under no circumstances are you allowed to smoke in this apartment, which includes the common area of the apartment complex. There will be a $500 fine if anyone smokes in the apartment or apartment complex during a reservation.
▪️NO UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS - All guests staying in the apartment must be added to the reservation during your stay. If an outside guest is staying in the apartment during your stay, they will be asked to leave. An outside guest is anyone who is not included on your reservation for your stay. There will be a fine of $25 per outside guest in the apartment or apartment complex during your stay.
▪️NO ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES - Guests are not allowed to conduct any illegal activities in the apartment or in the apartment complex during their stay. If a guest violates this, they will be asked to leave with no refund.
▪️If a reservation is made by someone who lives locally in Pittsburgh, you will be subject to additional screening after booking is made and the reservation may be cancelled if guests do not pass the screening process. This may include asking for copy of photo ID from guests to keep on file. This is to help prevent parties, unauthorized guests, and smoking from occurring in our properties.
▪️ We reserve the right to request a copy of government-issued photo ID from any guest at any time prior to check-in. This is a standard security measure to help verify reservations, prevent unauthorized guests or parties, and protect our properties. Failure to provide ID when requested may result in cancellation.
▪️11AM CHECK-OUT - If a guest checks out late without permission, it can really mess up our cleaning schedules and impact future guests. Please reach out if you need a late check out and we`ll let you know if we can accommodate, we`ll always do our best if we`re able to.
