  • Convenient to Downtown Pittsburgh, Stadiums (North Shore), Mt. Washington, and other attractions. Walking distance from Bars and Restaurants! Free parking on premises.

    This cozy ranch is located on a residential street in the charming community of Green Tree, which is accessible to downtown Pittsburgh in minutes via I-376.

    The house features a large driveway with off-street parking for up to 3 vehicles (please note that the garage is not available to guests). There are two bedrooms on the main level of the home, one of which contains a queen size bed and the other a Double (Full) bed. The house has one full bathroom with a shower/tub combination and is stocked with soap, toilet, paper, and basic toiletries in addition to clean towels.

    In the kitchen, guests will find updated appliances that include a dishwasher, gas stove, and refrigerator with a filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic pots and pans and cooking utensils. A Keurig with a variety of k-cups and cream and sugar is also provided. The spacious breakfast bar between the kitchen and living room accommodates up to six people. Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, and the tv in the living room is equipped with Fire TV stick which includes Netflix, Hulu, and HBO.

    About the area:

    Greentree is a suburban community 3 miles from Downtown Pittsburgh. There is a school, park, shops, grocery store, restaurants, bars, and a community pool within walking distance. There are 2 bus lines that serve the area; both of which are a 5 minute walk from the house. If you do decide to use public transportation, let me know and I can provide some additional suggestions.

Nice getaway spot!

The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. The house was comfortable. We got an Uber the whole weekend. The house was close enough to downtown that it wasn't too expensive!

house was rented for our techs performing out of town work with off hours schedule. Owner could not have been nicer and more accommodating to our needs.

Great location, comfortable accommodations!

I had an enjoyable stay at this property! The home is comfortable and cozy and well cared for. The sunporch is a great place to sit in the mornings with coffee and watch the deer walk by. Serge was very responsive and accommodating. He set up a desk for me in the sitting room on the first floor, which I was able to use as an office during my stay. Greentree Park is within walking distance and has a nice walking track and a farmers market on Thursday afternoons. Walkable distance down the street is an ice cream stand. I’d recommend this property either for a long term or short term rental!

Great communication with host!

I will be staying at this property again. The host was Very quick to respond to any questions, close to everything, deer in the yard every evening, quiet neighborhood. Just an all around great place to stay!!!!!

Home away from home

Cozy, clean, and comfortable. In quiet residential neighborhood with a wooded hillside for a backyard. Nice glassed in side deck would be perfect for hanging out on in spring through the fall.

Cozy home in perfect location!

We came back to PGH for Christmas & decided a private home would be more comfortable than a hotel. Serge was very accommodating & a gracious host. This will be our top choice to stay next visit!
