Aspectos positivos: Ubicación
I went for a work trip. It was good for me. I just needed a place to sleep and shower. It was as described. I had long, odd work hours. The air b&b has a long driveway that is shared with the homeowner. They allowed solo access to work around my schedule.

Hosts were very knowledgeable with locations when asked. Ex: listing out restaurants, stores, shopping locations, parking, etc The room was very cozy and welcoming immediately upon entry. Easy to get to when coming back from wherever you go during the day or night.
