Our place is one where pictures don't fully do it justice. It is a beautiful uniquely designed two story space, with a huge staircase & tall ceilings. The owner went with an unobtrusive "boating" theme. You will not be disappointed!

➤ Entrance + Security- Keyless entry with unique/random codes generated via Dack- enabled security software for each guest - highly secure!

➤ Sleeps 5: Four in two bedrooms, one on couch
➣ Bedroom 1 - 2nd floor - 1 King - medium plush, memory foam
➣ Bedroom 2 - 2nd floor - 1 King - medium firm, hybrid coil / foam
➣ *Note that due to the full open concept, room divider "doors" are provided between each of the bedrooms*

Key Ts & Cs (but not limited to) are listed below.

1. Smoking of any type, of any product, is not permitted in the Property. A minimum $1,000 fee will apply if smoking is detected inside. Smoking outside with all doors & windows closed is permitted, with all butts properly disposed of.

2. People other than those in the Guest party may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. The Host has not represented this unit as an event facility, therefore, additional guests are permitted only with prior notice. At no time may any of these visitors remain overnight or assume any guest privileges whatsoever.

3. The Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

4. Host allows children with the following stipulations: Guests are responsible for any and all necessary 'child proofing' and inspection of child-related amenities. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. There is no daily housekeeping service. While the house has been thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival and linens and bath towels are included, daily maid service is not included in the rate.

6. Pets are not permitted; any pet being "snuck" into the house will result in a minimum $300 cleaning fee. Service animals are welcome, but per ADA laws, they must never be left behind unattended. ESAs do not qualify as a Service animal and must be registered as a pet.

7. Cleaning fees are paid to assure Guest's arrival to a clean property, not to clean up post-checkout "messes." While we don't ask or expect Guests to clean prior to leaving, we do expect reasonable cleanliness standards followed - garbage thrown away, spills cleaned up, etc. Cleaning required due to excess messiness will result in additional costs, charged at a rate of $40/hour.

8. Guest understands that they are staying in a neighborhood. We expect Guests to respect our neighborhood and our neighbors' right to peaceful enjoyment of their homes. If Hosts receive a valid complaint from a neighbor, Guest will be notified. Failure to rectify the issue may result in cancellation of the stay.

Cozy and Convenient
This place was perfect for what we were looking for on the North Shore in Pittsburgh. Modern, conveniently located, and the perfect size for our family of four. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit.

We loved this home! Comfortable beds, charming touches and extras galore with providing every single thing needed from coffee and creamers to hairdryer and q tips! Chad was great with quick responses from the first click of inquiry and available for our entire trip. The 2 minute walk to Legends Restaurant was a bonus. Excellent experience!

Best intro to Pittsburgh
Our family of four chose to meet in Pittsburgh for a holiday weekend, our first collective visit ever. Chad’s wonderful townhome was the exact location for all we wanted to do this weekend. Many wonderful restaurants within walking distance! It was a spacious place to relax, after seeing sights as well! Parking wasn’t too problematic. Highly recommend!

We found the apartment to be very clean, the beds were comfortable and the location worked for us as it was less than a a 30 minute walk to the ball park and Heinz field. The property manager Chad was very helpful and prompt with any inquiry we had. It is a perfect space for a small family, however couples should take note that the bedrooms do not have doors, they are separated by the staircase, and privacy screens are provided - but it is a loft space.

Beyond Expectations!
Our family had a wonderful stay here - it was clean and convenient but even more then that, it was a fantastic space to be in. The dramatic staircase, beautiful floors, spacious rooms and unique bathroom all contributed to an enjoyable experience. The location was great and we enjoyed walking to a music festival a few blocks away during our stay. Hope to return and explore Pittsburgh more!

Stunner in a historic neighborhood
This property had a great feel and look, the old is reimagined with a modern feel. Very well-appointed. Very walkable to Pittsburg destinations. I walked over at least 4 bridges. All the furniture was very comfortable. The big shower was fabulous. I appreciated the eco-friendly features of this property.

Nice stay in Pittsburgh
I was here for work but overall enjoyed our stay. Very unique and industrial inside. King bed was the best I’ve slept on in a long time! You have to register for parking but takes about 30s and no tickets. Parking was close to unit. It is a walkable area during the day. Unit has all essentials including coffee which was great! Downtown Pittsburgh is close and a really cool spot! Highly rated eateries are within walking distance too!
