This 4 bedroom lakefront home is the perfect retreat for families and friends. 4 spacious bedrooms sleep 10 guests total. Two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. Enjoy beautiful views of the lake on the shaded patio. Soak up the sun and jump off the diving board from the boathouse. Plenty of room to tie up your own boat or jet ski. Kayaks and paddleboards available for use.

The house is on a large lakefront lot with plenty of trees and shade. The house sits up on a hill providing expansive views of the lake. The yard gently slopes down to the water where there is a boat house with paddleboards and lounge chairs as well as a diving board. The house itself has been recently updated with modern finishes. Two bedrooms have king beds and en suite bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the 4th room has two twin bunk beds.

Love, love, love this lake cabin!!! Updated and very clean. It had everything we could want. We stayed for three nights, but would’ve loved to have stayed longer. We spent hours on the deck and down at the boat dock. Super fun time in a fabulous cabin!

Perfect Lake Getaway!

Our group had an absolutely amazing time at this bakehouse! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully planned. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed—kitchen supplies, linens, games, you name it. The accommodations were incredibly comfortable and spacious, making it easy for everyone to relax and feel right at home.The back deck was a favorite spot for morning coffee and evening hangouts, offering beautiful views of the lake. And the dock? Incredible! We spent hours swimming, lounging, and enjoying the peaceful water—definitely a highlight of the trip.The host was fantastic—very communicative and responsive, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. If you're looking for a relaxing and well-equipped lake retreat, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!

3 Generation Visit

This was the best lake rental property our family has visited. The house layout and furnishings were excellent. Our 4 year old granddaughter loved the room with bunk beds. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck in the comfortable cushioned chairs. The grounds, pier, and boat dock were well maintained. We caught 6 different types of fish from the dock and pier. We definitely plan to return.

Gorgeous property!

We hade a wonderful time, the house is decorated beautifully and the views are unbeatable! We spent so much time on the dock enjoying the lily pad, SUP and kayak! The beds were very comfortable, there is a wonderful chefs kitchen and plenty of room for a large family. We had a group of 5 adults and 5 children and it never felt crowded. Plenty to do with stunning views.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Beautiful property and out of way location. The pictures can't really show how nice the house is or the view overlooking the lake. The dock was stocked with paddle boards, kayaks & our grandkids favorite - a "lily pad". The owners & host have thought of everything.

Cozy lakefront house on Bob Sandlin Lake, TX

This 4-bedroom lake house met all of our needs & then some & we plan to return soon. Wooded lot with awesome lake view & great location on the lake with deep & clear water. Bedrooms/bathrooms were so cozy & perfectly decorated. All 3 showers were walk-in which I love. It was so nice to have two king size beds since we were two couples. Kitchen, patios, boat house & next door boat ramp were all so accommodating & made our stay enjoyable/relaxing. Only drawback was steps only halfway to boathouse so a little climb back/forth to house.

Great lake house!

Beautiful home on the lake! All ages enjoyed the large swing out front. The boathouse with included pad/boards/kayaks were also a big hit. The owners put great effort into making this house a home in every way possible. Kitchen appliances were great. Comfortable beds. Would definitely recommend this home to others and would rent again.
