"More expensive than other places we stayed in. No guest welcome kits/supply. We came in and the room was super hot. The A/C was not turned on. It took a while before we got comfortable. Poor communication. And again, more expensive!"

"The room unit or room was owned by an individual but very well maintained. There was dishwasher, kitchen utensils, a portable cookstove, and cutleries. "プールがメンテナンス中でした。子供たちと楽しみにしていたのに残念です。このコンドミニアムに決めたのは、ズバリプールです。でなければハノイに行く予定でした。プールがないホテルなど、我が家にとって何の価値もありません。小さなプールがあったので、仕方なく水着に着替えて行ったら、居住者用だと断られました。詐欺に近いです。また、深夜便で着いたのですが、部屋に入れてもらえず、予約のページを英語で提示しても、全く対応してもらえませんでした。エクスペディアに電話をしたのですが、対応が遅かったです。深夜２時から５時すぎまで外のベンチに座らされたまま、暑くて気がおかしくなりなした。妻と2人の子供の悲しそうな顔。思い出すだけで胸が苦しくなります。トラウマになりそうです。以上２点。５５年の人生で最低最悪の旅になりました。時間とお金を返して欲しいです。ハノイに行けばよかった。悔しくて情けないです。"
