"Absolutely everything! What a great find this establishment is. If we return to Pitlochry we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The facilities are top notch, lovely, clean and quiet room (7) in the Courtyard, huge and very comfortable bed and a very spacious and spotless bathroom. Breakfast was nothing short of exceptional! , so many choices on the menu and all breakfasts cooked fresh to order using local, fresh produce. "The room is as cozy as the the village itself. The owners are a delight, always in a good mood and helpful, when you have any questions about the village or anything else. The breakfast is outstanding! And the lounge is as comfy as your room, decorated with love in every detail. A very pleasent stay!"

"The lodge was very clean and charming. We felt at home right away. We were not missing anything that we needed. Communication was easy and quick. We would be happy to book there again. I suppose the only downside is that it is right off the highway, so cars and lorries are regularly passing by. This does take away from the peace of the lake on the other side of the highway. But this negative point is eclipsed by all the positive aspects. Highly recommended!"

"Balnearn House is a lovely B&B in a small village. The rooms are comfortable and there was a nice garden area. There were a couple of nice restaurants & pubs within walking distance. The owners are very friendly. We would definitely stay here again."
