"Fue un poco diferente a lo esperado, la habitación era minuscula, desde ventana solo veiamos el tejado del bar y teniamos la salida de humos delante. Habia arañas por todas partes, la cama se inclinava hacia el cabezero. Tuvimos que dormir en los pies. De los pies de la cama a la paret habia 10 cm. Con mucha humedad. Es un lugar para nada recomendable. El almuerzo era acceptable. "

"My laptop was stolen by a member of staff. I entrusted my carryon bag to the hotel staff for a 2 hour period and on my return found my laptop missing from the bag. Management said they reviewed the CCTV footage for the 2 hour period and the staff member was the only person entering the room - so that person should be held accountable. I got no compensation and was told to contact the police as my only remedy. In my view, the hotel is not guest friendly. "

"The hotel is very nice and the staff very kind and nice too. The room was kind of small and we could hear the noise of the room from the top up of us, so it wasn’t tranquil. The surroundings are so amazing. "

"While the host was very friendly, we were disappointed with the cleanliness of the shower, and felt that the floors could have been cleaner, over all it could have been cleaner, although the bedding and towels were nice fresh and clean. Breakfast was a disaster, mouldy bread, mouldy fruit in the fridge, things way past their use by/ best before dates "

"My second time staying here. Checked in easy enough with the accommodation across the road at the lodge. The room had nice décor although the bathroom looked a little tired. I used the onsite gym facilities which did not have a lot of people in and allowed me to use the work stations and benches when I wanted to. The shower was good, the bed very comfy and breakfast across at the clubhouse restaurant was very good. A lovely place to stay."

"No complaints whatsoever, all "ship shape"! Car park is across the road, with no security camera presently but a super safe area! 10/10 ( Hattie was exceptional ) "

"Staff very welcoming and professional. Room lovely, bed comfy but think they should have one firm pillow and one soft pillow on bed. 1st morning breakfast - cereal and yoghurts variety and toaster available for use but 2nd morning nothing laid out no cereal and yoghurt or toast so was limited. Iron ironing board and hairdryer a bonus. The layout of the restaurant and decor had a relaxing cost ambience. Over all happy to go back and have recommended to to family who have already booked in. "

"We booked to stay here 2 nights in June. The day we were to arrive we got a message from the hotel to say that they were undergoing renovations and they would refund us for our breakfast charges and give us a free to-go breakfast one day. Annoying as we have a very picky eater and the buffet is a main reason we booked Premier Inn. When we arrived it took the counter staff ages to check us in as apparently there was something confusing about the booking in the system. She was very nice though. So...
