The Space:

The heart of the home is the bright open-plan living and dining area, creating a welcoming space to spend time together. Large patio doors open directly onto the private pool terrace, flooding the room with natural light and seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. Just off the dining area, the fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners during your stay.



Upstairs, you'll find two beautifully furnished double bedrooms, each benefiting from its own modern en-suite bathroom for added privacy and comfort. The master suite also features an adjoining office with a dedicated workspace overlooking the Mediterranean, making it the perfect spot for remote working with an unforgettable view. The office also includes a comfortable sofa bed suitable for an additional child or guest, along with an exercise bike so you can stay active while taking in the spectacular scenery.



The third bedroom is located on the ground floor and features two comfortable single beds, making it ideal for children, friends, or additional family members. A third bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor for added convenience.



Outside, the villa truly comes to life. The spacious terrace is centred around your own private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers where you can unwind beneath the Cyprus sunshine. Guest Access:

Guests enjoy self check-in for a smooth and flexible arrival with easily accessible free on-street parking. Once you book, you’ll receive a link to your very own guest portal where you’ll complete verification. Your check-in details will be unlocked once verification is complete, with your access code released a few hours before arrival, ensuring a seamless and secure check-in experience.

Getting Around:

We highly recommend hiring a car to make the most of your stay, as the villa is peacefully located on the hillside above Pissouri Bay. Having a car makes it easy to explore the surrounding beaches, traditional villages, wineries, hiking trails, and nearby towns, including Limassol and Paphos, all within a comfortable drive. Pissouri Bay, with its beach, cafés, and renowned fish tavernas, is just a 15-minute walk or a short drive from the villa, while the charming village of Pissouri is only a few minutes away by car or taxi.

Other Things to Note:

Parking



A private parking space is available to the left of the villa. If you need additional parking, you may park along the road outside the villa wherever a space is available.



Self-Catering & Starter Kit



The property is offered as self-catering accommodation rather than a hotel, giving you the freedom and flexibility to enjoy your stay at your own pace. To help you settle in, we provide a complimentary starter kit with the essentials for your arrival, including toilet roll, tea, coffee, sugar, coffee pods where applicable, a bottle of water, shower gel, shampoo and basic cleaning essentials. The starter kit is intended to get you settled in at the beginning of your stay. Please note that edible cooking ingredients such as salt, pepper, oil and other food items are not provided. Consumable items are also not replenished throughout your stay. There are supermarkets, shops, bakeries and other amenities nearby where you can easily purchase anything else you may need.



Cleanliness Standards



Our professional team ensures the property is thoroughly cleaned and prepared before every arrival. Freshly laundered and professionally ironed bed linen and towels are provided, so you can enjoy a clean, comfortable and welcoming space from the moment you arrive.



Travelling with Little Ones



Children under 2 stay free of charge. A travel cot is available for €20 per stay and includes a fitted bottom sheet and towel. A highchair can also be provided for €10 per stay. Please request these in advance so we can have them prepared for your arrival.



Need Flexibility?



Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request through your guest portal for an additional fee, subject to availability.



Verification & Check-In



For security and compliance purposes, all guests are required to upload a valid ID and sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a secure link to your personal guest portal, where you can complete the required verification. Once the verification process has been completed, your check-in details will be released. For security purposes, the property's access code will only be provided one hour before your scheduled check-in time.
