La villa está totalmente amueblado. Consta de 1 habitación doble con baño en suite y una habitación doble, dos habitaciones tienen puertas que se abren a la zona frontal. La villa también se beneficia de tener una piscina privada en un jardín maduro cerrado. Pueblo Pissouri está a 4 minutos a pie. Paphos y Limassol acerca tanto a unos 30 minutos en coche. The villa was exceptionally clean and well-equipped with all items needed to enjoy the quiet and privacy offered, All the advertised amenities were in good order and of excellent quality, including a gas barbecue and an air fryer. The kitchen was particularly impressive, with plenty of well-planned storage and more than sufficient kitchenware and tableware.It was just a short (uphill) walk to the village with a good choice of restaurants and a short drive to a large supermarket (Papantoniou), which has everything that you might need.The welcome pack was good and supplied everything you could need for a couple of days until you can go to the shops. No need to worry about arriving late.The address of the villa combined with Google maps on my mobile took us from the airport directly to the villa by the quickest route.The owner, Stelios, who lives in nearby Limassol, was very responsive and a good communicator.We would recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay in Pissouri.

Arrived in the Evening, a wee bit hard to find in the dark but we got there. Villa was spotlessly clean and there was a welcome pack of milk , bread , eggs, cheese , cold meat etc. oh and wine and beer.spacious living area and kitchen, large bedrooms and bathrooms, beds are a wee bit hard.The outside area with pool is excellent and you are not overlooked. The road can be noisy in the morning but mostly quiet. The village centre is two minutes walk away and very welcoming with bars and restaurants, also I nice kebab take away. All the restaurants were good but a special mention for the Midway Restaurant at bottom of the village and the Bunch of Grapes.

The villa was as described by the owner. More than that, however, it was very clean, beautifully furnished and decorated inside and out. Everything needed for a self catering holiday. The welcome pack we received was the best ever! The location was excellent with just a four minute walk to some traditional tavernas, Hideaway was our favourite. Wonderful house that is so well appointed and in a great location. Before we arrived and throughout our stay communication was great. We had some days of indifferent weather and made the most of these to explore the island. When the sun was shining on the other days the outside spaces at the villla were such a lovely place to spend time and we enjoyed the pool. Would highly recommend.

Das Haus hat all unserer Erwartungen mehr als erfüllt. Bestens ausgestattet und reichlich Platz, dazu noch mit schönem Außenbereich. Entgegen der Beschreibung gibt es sogar 3 Badezimmer (2 im oben gelegenen Schlafbereich, 1 im EG), was natürlich sehr komfortabel war. Bei der Ankunft am Samstagabend erwartete uns ein kleines Willkommenspaket von Stelios, welches für das erste Früstück am nächsten Morgen absolut ausreichend war. Die Restaurants in Pissouri waren fußläufig schnell zu erreichen, die Preise für unsere Verhältnisse moderat. Zum Strand (Pissouri Beach) musste man mit dem Auto fahren, ist aber in 5-10 Minuten schnell da. Die Entfernungen zu anderen Ausflugszielen sind ebenfalls moderat, über die Küstenautobahn ist man jeweils schnell am Ziel. Insgesamt haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Second stay at this fabulous villa, excellent accommodation, lovely pool area and garden. Very generous welcome pack and great communication with the owner. Short 5 min walk to village with nice Tavernas and several bars, they have recently introduced Greek night on Fridays in the square which had a great atmosphere. Have booked this villa again for a third time.

An outstanding villa - superb in every way. Very clean, welcome shop on arrival, everything provided and within an easy stroll to the village, where there is a great selection on tavernas run by local people, who are very friendly and genuine. Booking and communication was easy. Our third stay here won’t be our last.

The property was very well appointed and spotlessly clean. Unlike many rentals we have stayed in in the past, this one had everything you would need, including things like dishwasher tablets, salt and pepper, olive oil, bin liners. Indeed, my sandals broke when we were there and there was even superglue with which to mend them. Communication with the owner, Stelios was excellent and always timely. Additionally, as we arrived late in the evening after all the shops and restaurants had closed and in the middle of the Orthodox Easter holiday, the host provided us with the most comprehensive welcome pack I have ever encountered, for which we were very grateful. We loved the property and the island of Cyprus and sincerely hope to visit again in the not too distant futurer.

3rd stay in this villa, Stellios is an great host always leaves us an excellent welcome pack. The villa is spotless and has every piece of crockery glasses and utensils you could wish for. The garden and pool area are beautiful and well maintained. The location is great within easy walking distance to the village with a great range of eating places. Can’t recommend it enough if you like a quiet village away from the commercial areas of Paphos & Limassol. Big thanks to Stellios once again. 😁🌞

A fantastic villa with magnificent sea views from its upper balconies, and a lovely private swimming pool located within a well appointed garden. It’s located within a quiet neighbourhood has ample parking and easy access. The villa is very well equipped, is clean, tidy and obviously well maintained. It’s located within easy walking distance from the wonderful village centre, and its high location allows it to benefit from the cooling sea breezes in the afternoon and evening. It has air-con throughout, modern appliances, and good wi-fi. Stelios and his wife are excellent hosts, and we cannot recommend them or their villa more highly. Thank you both.

The villa was even better than expected.......Finished to an high standard with everything you possibly need. Added extra's of food items, drinks & shower gels were left in for our arrival. All your everyday items you need such as tin foil, food bags, washer & dish washer liquids.....basically everything you would have in your own home is available there. The place was exceptionally clean with plenty of towels to use. The pool and outside area was just lovely to be in. I can not fault the villa what so ever! It was our first time in Cyprus and we loved it, more so with staying in such a lovely villa. We would love to return in the future and stay in this villa again.

Wir haben 2 wunderbare Wochen im Haus von Stelios verbracht. Es war alles, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Eher noch schöner. Das Haus hat alles was man zu einem entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Besonders schön ist die Terasse mit dem Pool. Gut gefallen hat uns auch die Nähe zum Dorf. In 5 Minuten war man dort und konnte in einem der Restaurants sehr lecker essen. Stelios war ein toller Gastgeber, der uns auch viel über die Insel erzählt hat. Bei Problemen - eigentlich gab es nur eins - nämlich ein defekter Wasserkocher - hat er sofort reagiert und für Ersatz gesorgt. Es hätte nicht besser sein können. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

We stayed for one week in April. We arrived very late and were delighted that Stellios had left more than basic food supplies, which really helped us. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The pool was cleaned twice in the week and the whole pool area was beautifully kept. Unfortunately, we didn't meet Stellios, but communication before and throughout our stay was perfect. There are many excellent restaurants, within walking distance, in Pissouri and more a very short drive away, at Pissouri Beach. Our favourite there was Kastro, which we highly recommend. Thanks Stellios, for a lovely holiday.

Yassas, We have spent 9 days in this property and we really appreciate the house and all the explanation, équipement , swimming pool … House is very clean and the owner is flexible and replying to any request that we had / we have enjoyed Pissouri village , the beaches and restaurant. Lovely villa close to Pissouri Village/Bay and perfect location for exploring Cyprus, the pool and gardens are extremely well maintained by the owner Steve/Stelios who visits the property twice a week. We would recommend this villa to anyone looking to holiday in the Pissouri area.

Both the house and the garden have a nice ambiance. The house was very clean and comfortable. The modern kitchen has all the facilities you need to prepare your meals. Also the barbecue was a nice addition and worked very well. The bedrooms have shades to keep the sun out and the bathrooms have everything you need.
