  • Upper unit, luxurious from top to bottom, no expense was spared with this full remodel. Each Unit comes fully furnished with brand new furnishings, and amenities, and the highest of quality linens and cookware. Rent one unit, or rent them all for family gatherings, company getaways, or friends reunion. This unit features ocean views, and is located on the 2nd story. No matter the occasions, this property will not disappoint. One block from the beach, walking distance to all restaurants, nightlife and shopping. The property includes outdoor shower to rinse off after the beach, outdoor cooking area, 1 parking spot onsite per unit. Monthly and weekly rates are available. One parking space is included. Great all around house

This house is perfect for a one family or two couple Pismo Beach getaway. It checks all the boxes if you want a central location to Pismo beach activities and all that the amazing Central Coast has to offer.

Family weekend

Nice little place for a great girls getaway.

Amazing Place to Stay

Everything you need and within walking distance to the beach and main area. Very clean! We always stay here and have been for the last couple of years once we found it. It works for us and we've been very happy with it! Just note if you have young kids....there is only a shower, no tub.

perfect pismo beach stay!

this was the perfect pismo beach apartment! amazing location, super clean, and great for a family. loved being able to walk out the door and drive 15min to SLO or walk down to the beach. definitely recommend to anyone visiting.

The perfect private and quiet spot in the heart of it all.

We loved this clean and efficient place. The layout was perfect for everyone to feel like they had their own space — adults in the bedrooms and kids on the fold out sofa. We felt very safe and secluded while also in the heart of an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Thank you — would surely stay again!

Pismo for presidents holiday

My family and I choose this location as it looked very welcoming in the pictures and was close to the beach and pier. The check in was easy, the property manager was accessible and sent check in details in advance which was great, and the property was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this property for a nice weekend getaway.
