Nestled in the gated community of Pismo Shores, our Oceanfront Oasis awaits you! Unit 126 is just a stroll from the clubhouse, swimming pool, and beach pedestrian gate. This three-bedroom, two-bath haven has been tastefully updated. Enjoy expansive ocean views from the master suite and living room.

The Pismo Shores community features a swimming pool, spa, and clubhouse with a living room, kitchen, and game room. The complex, secured by gates for utmost safety, provides private beach access.

In the master ensuite, find a luxurious king bed. The second bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, while the third bedroom features a full bunk bed (full top and bottom) and twin trundle. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room—providing a total of 6 beds.

The home includes internet service and SmartTVs, plus cable channel lineup, and several entertainment apps. Guests can use their private logins to access entertainment apps like Netflix, Hulu, and YouTube.

Ideal for family getaways or couples' retreats.

Additional notable features: No air conditioning. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed. Keyless entry for convenience. The homeowners' association heats the swimming pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends, while the spa remains heated year-round. Please note, the property owner cannot guarantee the operational status of the pool or spa during your stay.

Kindly refrain from wearing shoes inside the house. Much appreciated!

Your review Beachfront and wave ready! This condo had everything you could want, great views of the ocean from the balcony and easy access to the beach. It was well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Great beds for a restful night's sleep. Close to the downtown shops and restaurants. Our grandkids had a great time collecting shells and enjoying the wonderful weather. Property management was very helpful when we had questions about the outdoor fire table, and we really enjoyed the patio. All in all, we would give this condo a 10.

Beachfront Bliss – Clean, Comfortable, and Perfect for Families!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beachfront townhome in Pismo Beach. The location truly can’t be beat — just steps from the sand with incredibly easy beach access, and walkable to several restaurants and shops downtown. The value of beachfront access could not be understated, especially after seeing so many other families struggling to find parking and lugging down all their beach gear. The garage was stocked with sand toys, beach chairs, kites, sports gear, everything we needed. We had a couple very windy days at the beach, so we retreated to the community hot tub and pool which I think the kids enjoyed as much or even more than the beach! The home itself was spotless and very well maintained. The furniture was in great condition — stylish and comfortable — and the kitchen was impressively well stocked. We cooked several meals with ease and had everything we needed. Having a washer, dryer, and dishwasher made our stay that much more convenient. The back patio was a favorite spot in the evenings, especially with the cozy fire pit. If I had to nitpick, the showers could use a slight upgrade, but that’s a minor detail in an otherwise wonderful home.Highly recommend this place for families or anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful and comfortable beachfront getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

This was the perfect location for our family getaway. The location couldn’t have been better and the Sisters were the perfect hosts. Everything was as expected per the description. Great Family Vacation Rental

My family of 8 spent a week at Pismo Shores & had an amazing time. Check in was seamless. The location right on the beach was ideal, along with being in walking distance to everything we needed in Pismo. The house was well stocked with all the essentials allowing us to concentrate on having fun! The gated community made us feel safe and allowed for easy parking for 2 vehicles in a very busy area of town. We can’t even get wait t plan our next trip!

Wonderful stay with a breathtaking view in the heart of downtown Pismo

We really loved this property- the layout, the location, and the view were absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to downtown and even easier beach access right through the pedestrian gate. The property was clean and we had everything we could need- even a Kuerig and boogie boards for the kids. The only reason I am giving this listing 4 starts instead of 5 is the slow communication with the property managers and that the listing hadn't mentioned anything about limiting guest day visitors to the max occupancy until after we booked. This additional information was given in the required signed contract after booking and caused some stress while I was waiting for feedback about having friends and family, who had their own accommodations, gather at our vrbo for a bit (not a party). They did finally get back to me after several days to say that was ok, which was a relief. I had also asked about a late check out at the time of booking but never heard back. I asked again via message and voicemail early that last day and was told 20min before normal checkout that we needed to check out at the normal time. Bottom line is that we had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this vrbo!

Amazing Beachfront experience

Perfect condo on the beach

This beautiful condo is within walking distance to shops and restaurants in town as well as the pier. It was so nice to fall asleep to the sound of the waves. The family room and patio were the favorite gathering spots. It was very clean, comfortable and well stocked. I would definitely recommend it. A wonderful place to stay.
