This was a new, nicely appointed, modern, and clean condo. The view on the west side - of the ocean - was spectacular. It was a short, neighborhood walk down to the water. Near by was a coffee shop, restaurants, and shops. We did not utilize these, so no comment on them.
On the negative, it was located on a busy street and also paralleled the freeway, so was quite noisy on that side of the condo. There was also road construction on the street, so during the week I imagine would be inconvenient and noisy.
Also, this is reflective of the property management, not the condo itself: the fees and security deposit were exorbitant. It's over a week later, and we still haven't received a refund on that very costly security deposit, nor any communication from the property management.
