    Descripción:

    Como dice el poema de Mother Goose: "Y todos vivían juntos en una pequeña casa torcida". Pops Place es esa pequeña casa torcida que se encuentra en un estanque lleno de peces.  Esta es verdaderamente una casa de carácter, ya que una vez fue un granero de tabaco que estaba ubicado en el medio de donde ahora se encuentra el estanque.  Los grandes ventanales en ambos niveles fueron una vez puertas francesas y la historia de la casa continúa a partir de ahí, ya que cada pieza fue armada por el padre del propietario (Pops).

    La casa se encuentra por encima de un estanque lleno de truchas para que usted pueda pescar, hay un bote de remos para que usted utilice, y un muelle para saltar de disfrutar de un baño en el estanque también. También hay un sendero junto a la propiedad. Pops Place también tiene una cubierta abierta para disfrutar de la noche de aire fresco. Paz, tranquilidad y privacidad, ya que sólo hay un vecino a través del estanque.

    Esta es verdaderamente una casa que tiene mucho que ofrecer a una familia para unas vacaciones de verano.



    Cada hogar se limpia profesionalmente después de cada huésped.

Really enjoyed our stay! Kids loved the fishing and ducks. Check-in and communication was great. Quiet but close to activities, grocery and restaurants. History of home is amazing. Although clean could use a deep cleaning. Be careful snakes like to sun on back deck. We would definitely return.

Review

Exterior furniture dirty and full of spider webs as well as surrounding areas. Humidifier was sticky to touch, obviously has not been cleaned in a while. This is my second stay at Pops Place. We like the rustic feel and its location. However could use some serious cleaning up.

For management, do not publish if you don't want

Screen door going out to the deck was fithy, I cleaned it with the oven cleaner, and learned why you need to wear gloves, lol. The cabinet doors could also use a good cleaning . My family and I really enjoy this property, and would be happy to stay there again. I just wanted to give the management an honest evaluation.

Good getaway.

We enjoyed our stay. Place is showing its age, musty smell inside. Was improved when employee brought out candle and Lysol spray which we greatly appreciated. Had to have a/c fan run continuously to help smell. A lot of dishes and silverware can be replaced with resale items. Cords run all over. Bathroom shower not handicapped friendly. Staff worked with us very well. Good location, good fishing.

We absolutely adore Pop’s Place.

We absolutely adore Pop’s Place. The home was obviously made with a vision and couldn’t have been more of a “home away from home”. We felt safe with the cleaning procedures that were put in place before our arrival and were comfortable during our stay thanks to a cozy home and a serene environment. The PM company were prompt in their responses, kind, and helpful. This is certainly a home we will visit again. Thank you! The team was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the property and helpful with the process of renting during a pandemic. The team ensured my requests to the housekeeper were met and I felt 100% comfortable bringing my family to the home for a much needed break. Thank you!
