"I was unprepared for the location to be within a residential housing complex. I had imagined a country retreat. The venue itself was fine but we had an unfortunate experience in that the extreme weather meant our room was ridiculously hot. The lovely maintenance men got us an extra fan but unfortunately it just moved the air round rather than cool the room.
