It comprises a lovely 30 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, one bedroom, a sleeping area on the mezzanine, a bathroom (with shower), and you can enjoy a garden of around 1,600 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We look forward to welcoming you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:

On the ground floor:
- A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV, dining area, and a well-equipped open kitchen with: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, and Senseo coffee machine.
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: with 1 double bed (5'11“×6'3”)
- A sleeping area on the mezzanine with 2 single beds (3'3“×6'3”)

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed and bathtub, iron and ironing board.

Outside:
- A beautiful private enclosed garden of 1,600 m², planted with maritime pines and mainly west-facing. There is a terrace with a garden table, sun loungers, and parasols for enjoying sunny days.

The house is located in the seaside resort of Pirou, near a shellfish farming area, in a very pleasant setting with a beautiful view of the coastline. All essential shops are located nearby, about 2 km away, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, and a market.
