Welcome to our 60 m² vacation apartment on the outskirts of Pirna!<br>The apartment is just a few minutes from Pirna’s historic center and is an ideal starting point for countless activities in all directions—whether on foot, by bike, by car, or by boat.<br>Free parking, an elevator, free Wi-Fi, and a trampoline are all included with the apartment.<br><br>The vacation rental is equipped with smart home technology; many devices can be controlled by voice.<br>For example, the projector, a screen, and a sound system provide you with an additional movie theater experience.<br><br>The Accommodation<br>The vacation rental can accommodate up to 4 people.<br>This includes a pull-out bed for 2 people in the bedroom and a fold-out sofa bed (with a mattress included) in the living room, which can sleep up to 2 additional people.<br>The coffee table in the living room (with 4 chairs) can be used as a dining table or game table. It also houses the home theater system, a radio, and a DVD player.<br><br>The kitchen is very well-equipped and features a dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, microwave, electric stove, toaster, etc.<br><br>The bathroom has 2 sinks at different heights. The lower sink is very well suited for wheelchair users.<br>The shower screen can be swiveled in both directions to allow easy access to the toilet or into the shower with a wheelchair.<br>The angled mirror also serves as an infrared heater for the winter months.<br>The toilet is a multifunctional model and features a touchless flush, automatic odor extraction, a warm-air dryer, and a shower function with pure water for intimate hygiene—or a bidet. The remote control allows you to individually adjust the water temperature, intensity, and position of the shower spray for intimate hygiene.<br><br>The large balcony, complete with seating (and herb plants for guests to use freely), offers plenty of space to linger and relax or enjoy exciting game nights. A large overhead awning and a side awning provide protection from the sun.<br>To bridge the height difference between the first floor and the garden, a lift has been installed on the balcony for wheelchair users.<br><br>Next to the balcony is a trampoline that can be used for exercise.<br>In addition, a patio heater is available to provide cozy warmth and a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere.<br>Guest access<br>Enjoy the front yard all to yourself.<br>The front door and front yard gate are equipped with a code lock for convenient self-check-in and check-out. There you’ll find the famous Bastei Bridge, Königstein Fortress, Lilienstein, Pfaffenstein, Papststein, Stolpen Castle, and Brand in the Saxon Switzerland National Park, to name just a few. You can also visit the nearby towns of Pirna, Bad Schandau, Stolpen, and Dresden, where you’ll find countless hiking trails, such as the well-known Malerweg.<br>The forested surroundings are perfect for walking, and the proximity to the Elbe River makes it ideal for biking and inline skating along the Elbe Cycle Route.<br>You’ll find several bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.<br>Exciting activities also include paddling on the Elbe, the climbing forest (high ropes course at Königstein Fortress), hiking in the mountains—including via via ferrata—and exploring the caves.<br>We have something for everyone—not just couples and families—as there are also trails suitable for wheelchair users.<br>In addition, you have good access to public transportation heading toward Dresden
