The house has a soothing green setting, from the garden you will be able to enjoy a view of the sea, but you will also enjoy the heated swimming pool where you can relax in the sun while sipping a juice before diving into the pool to cool off. In the evening, you will also enjoy the terrace to savour good grilled meats on the barbecue.



The interior of the house is equally impressive. The living area welcomes you with its terracotta floor and beautiful ceiling height. You will find a welcoming living room with its fireplace, inviting you to gather and chat. Then, the dining room, a more intimate space to share good meals. Finally, the kitchen is modern, its terrazzo floor giving it all its character. It offers you everything you need for your culinary preparations: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster, and kettle.



In the evening, you can go and rest in one of the 4 bedrooms. The first, on the ground floor, with its beautiful blue, welcomes you with its queen-size bed. Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms with a queen-size bed, providing comfort for a good night's sleep. You just need to choose your colour: blue, orange, or beige.



A mezzanine is available if you wish to withdraw and enjoy a moment of reading.

Finally, on the ground floor, you will discover a water room with an Italian shower, and upstairs, a bathroom with a bathtub in white and wood tones. Two independent toilets are also available.
